Process of Service Delivery
From the point of referral SAS Care will request as much available information from the case manager from commissioning service. If it is a private referral the same information will be requested with the people approval from the General Practice to which the service user is registered.

Medication & Risk Assessment
All medications received and administered will be recorded and signed.
Risk assessments of the environment where support is to be delivered will be performed by a senior member of the agency to safeguard the interest, welfare and safety of the worker. Risk assessment of activities of the service user will be performed by the senior member of staff prior to care delivery. Furthermore all staff will be instructed in the process of conducting risk assessment so as to be able to be as flexible as possible in care delivery.
