Our team of professionals has an extensive knowledge and experience of evidence based practice gathered through years of education and experience as practitioners.
SAS Care will undertake an assessment of needs and plan with the individual, a bespoke package of interventions that promotes a life, which is right for the person. SAS Care will able to provide care and support to any vulnerable adult in the care sector, and also specialises in supporting adults with learning difficulties and mental health with complex needs.

- Enhance independent living with the scope of community services for people who has been in long stay hospital.
